Moist heat pack is a reusable therapy pad,  that delivers deep, therapeutic warmth to relax muscles, increase circulation, and relieve pain from stiffness, arthritis, or strains by absorbing water and heating up, offering deeper penetration than dry heat for longer-lasting comfort

Description:

Moist Heat Pack Standard (10″ × 12″) can relieve stiffness and improve circulation by opening blood vessels – relieving pain from sprain, strain, musclespasm, whiplash, arthritis, and many more conditions!

Instructions:

  • Ensure the pack is clean and dry before heating.
  • Place the pack in the microwave. Heat according to product instructions (commonly 1–3 minutes depending on size and microwave power). The exact time should be based on the pack’s size and your microwave output
  • Always ensure it’s warm but not excessively hot before placing on skin.
  • Wrap the pack between towel to avoid burn 
  • Place the heated pack over the sore area (e.g., back, neck, shoulder, knee)
  • Typical application is 15–20 minutes per session.

Product Maintenance:

  • Let the pack cool completely after heating.
  • Use mild soap and water to remove dirt or oils.
  • Avoid harsh detergents or chemicals.
  • Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight lightly to avoid mold
