An ice or hot bag (often called a hot/cold pack) is a versatile tool commonly used for pain relief, reducing swelling, or alleviating muscle discomfort. These bags can be used as both ice and heat applications depending on the need.

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Damaged or Leaked Items: If the item you received is damaged or leaking, please notify us immediately. You must send a message along with a video or photo clearly showing the damage or issue within 5 days from the date the item arrived.
  • Time Frame: Any claims for broken or leaking items received after the 5-day window may not be eligible for a replacement.
  • Proof of Damage: To facilitate a swift resolution, please ensure that the video/photo you send clearly demonstrates the condition of the item upon arrival.
  • Action: Once we receive the video or photo, we will assess the situation and determine the next steps, which may include sending a replacement item or offering a refund, based on our review.
  • Replacement: If the item is proven to be damaged or leaking, we will send you a new replacement free of charge. The replacement will be processed after the issue is confirmed.

Instructions:

Ice Bag

  • Fill it with ice cubes and water.
  • Never place the ice pack directly on bare skin, as it can cause frostbite. Use a thin towel, cloth, or shirt as a barrier to protect your skin.
  • Keep it on for 15 minutes at a time. You can repeat this process every 2 hours during the first 48 hours after an injury.

Hot Bag

  • Fill it with hot water where temperatures up to 70ºC.
  • Always ensure that the hot bag isn’t too hot before applying it to your skin. You can test the temperature by holding it against your wrist.
  • Use a cloth or towel as a barrier between the hot pack and your skin to avoid burns.
  • Keep it on for 15-20 minutes. This will help improve circulation, relax muscles, and reduce pain.
  • If you feel discomfort or the heat is too intense, remove it immediately.
