Instructions:
Begin by placing the abdominal binder around your waist, ensuring it covers the abdominal area.
The binder should wrap securely around your torso.
Position the binder just above your hips and around the waist, making sure it fits comfortably but provides the right amount of support to the abdominal muscles.
Secure the Velcro or straps around your waist, adjusting them to achieve a snug, comfortable fit.
Ensure the binder provides enough compression to support your abdomen but is not too tight to restrict breathing or circulation.
Product Maintenance:
Gently scrub with a soft cloth or sponge to clean the brace. Avoid soaking the brace for extended periods.
Air dry the brace by laying it flat on a clean surface, ideally in a well-ventilated area. This ensures it dries thoroughly without compromising the structure.
Avoid exposing it to excessive heat, moisture, or humidity, as this can weaken the materials and reduce its lifespan.
Store it in a clean and dry place when not in use to prevent any damages from moisture or dirt.
