We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, determine if the request qualifies for exchange, return, or refund.

Report Timeline: If you receive an item that is damaged or leaking, please notify us within 3 days.

Proof Required: Send a message with a video or clear photos showing the damage or issue.

Late Claims: Claims made after the 3-day window may not be eligible for replacement.

Assessment: Upon receiving your video/photo, we will review and determine the next steps.

Replacement: If the item is confirmed eligible for replacement, we will contact you and advise on the next steps.
