For any health screening package purchases :

1. I acknowledge that a 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) is applicable to non-Malaysian citizens in accordance with Malaysian Government regulations for health screening packages and rehab products. Additional surcharge may apply.
2. I confirm that the individual(s) undergoing the health screening is/are aged 18 or above, unless stated otherwise for specific packages (e.g. children’s screening).
3. Ensure that all items in your cart are correct, including any discounts or complimentary items (if applicable).
4. After your purchase, please call make appointment on Sunmedgo or contact our Health Screening Centre at +60397729191 to schedule your appointment.
5. Redemption period for all the Health Screening package(s) purchased are valid for 3 months.
6. All the tests included in the package(s) shall be completed within the same visit. If a client is deemed unfit to undergo certain tests within the package, the incomplete test(s) will not be refundable or replaced with other test(s)
7. The package(s) purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
8. Official receipts / invoices will only be issued once purchased packages are redeemed at our Health Screening Centre.
9. For any transaction with the purchase of Women Premier package:
1. I confirm that the individual(s) undergoing the Women Premier package is/are aged 40 or above and have not done mammogram for the past 12 months.
10. For any transaction with the purchase of heart screening package:
1. I confirm that the individual (s) undergoing the above package(s) do not have pre-existing heart condition.
2. Doctor will access the condition on case by case basis. Please call our Health Screening Centre at +60397729191 before purchase.
11. I acknowledge that a 6% SST will be imposed on non-Malaysian patients for health screening packages.

For any product purchases (Pharmacy, Dietetics and Nutrition, Rehab equipment):

1. Ensure that all items in your cart are correct, including any discounts or complimentary items (if applicable).
2. I understand and agree to the applicable Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Refund Policy.
3. I acknowledge that a 6% SST will be imposed on non-Malaysian patients for rehab products.
