Return & Exchange Policy

 

If there is any issue or discrepancy with your order, please contact our Customer Service at (email: [email protected]) within 3 working days after receiving your parcel.

We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, determine if the request qualifies for exchange, return, or refund.

Exchange / Return :

  • Damaged or defective product upon delivery

  • Incorrect item received (different from product description at time of order)

  • Short expiry (less than 6 months) or expired item upon receipt

  • Missing part or item

Please note, exchange and return is NOT applicable for:

  • For hygiene reasons, items such as skincare products or wearable supports (e.g., rehab braces, compression sleeves).

  • Change of mind or wrong selection (including size/fit for wearable items)

  • Free gifts

  • Health screening packages after redemption or partial use

Terms and Conditions (Damaged or Leaked Items)

  • Report Timeline: If you receive an item that is damaged or leaking, please notify us within 3 days.

  • Proof Required: Send a message with a video or clear photos showing the damage or issue.

  • Late Claims: Claims made after the 3-day window may not be eligible for replacement.

  • Assessment: Upon receiving your video/photo, we will review and determine the next steps.

  • Replacement: If the item is confirmed eligible for replacement, we will contact you and advise on the next steps.

For reports, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photo of delivery airway bill

  • Video or photos showing the issue (damaged/leaked item)

  • For delivery items, please provide photos of the external parcel packaging (all angles) and the internal packaging (top view).
