Hospital & Health Screening
What is included in the Healthcation package?
The Healthcation package includes your selected health screening programme, hotel accommodation, arranged airport transfer services and Hop On Hop Off KL City Tour along with any additional inclusions stated in your package details.
How do I make a booking?
Once the package has been purchased through our e-commerce website, you will receive a purchase confirmation slip. Should you have any enquiries prior to or after the purchase, you may contact our International Patient Centre (IPC) via WhatsApp, email, or by submitting an enquiry through our IPC official website page. Our team will be happy to assist you with the confirmation process and any further arrangements.
How far in advance should I book before travelling?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance to allow sufficient time for scheduling, travel arrangements, and confirmation.
Can I reschedule my health screening appointment?
Rescheduling is not recommended, as appointments are arranged based on pre-booked arrangements. Changes may affect the smooth coordination of your health screening journey and could result in limited appointment availability. However, if you require assistance, kindly contact our International Patient Centre (IPC), and our team will do our best to assist you.
How do I schedule my health screening appointment?
Upon purchase, you will be required to select your preferred appointment date based on your travel schedule. As the health screening takes approximately one day, with blood tests and screening conducted in the morning followed by a consultation with our medical officer in the afternoon, we recommend scheduling your appointment on the day after your arrival in Kuala Lumpur. Our team will contact you to confirm your appointment based on your selected date. You will also receive a text message confirmation of your appointment details.
Are additional health screening tests or add-on services available?
Yes, additional tests and add-on services are available. You may request these during booking, before, or on your appointment day, subject to medical suitability and availability. Additional charges will apply.
How and when will I receive my health screening results?
Your results will be available on the same day as your screening, during your consultation with our medical officer at noon.
Hotel Stay & Transportation 
Can I bring family members or children? Are there any additional charges?
The medical package is designed for one adult. However, the hotel room can accommodate up to two adults and one child. For additional guests, we recommend booking an extra room. Additional charges may apply.
Can hotel stay dates be split?
Splitting of stay dates is not permitted.
Is the Hop-On Hop-Off included? How can I book it? Where are the pick-up points?
The Hop-On Hop-Off experience is included. Kindly provide your full name, email address, and contact number in advance for arrangement. For boarding, the nearest pick-up points are at Tun Razak Exchange and Bukit Bintang, with the main stop at Sungei Wang Plaza. For Sunway Putra Hotel guests, boarding is available directly from the hotel’s main entrance. Please note that transportation to pick-up points (where applicable) is not included in the package.
How do I book the airport transportation?
Our team will reconfirm with you after your booking is completed and arrange the transportation based on your preferred timing.
How do I get from Sunway Velocity Hotel Kuala Lumpur to Sunway Medical Centre Velocity?
Guests may utilise the buggy service for transfers between Sunway Velocity Hotel Kuala Lumpur and Sunway Medical Centre Velocity. Kindly contact the Front Desk team to arrange the service.
How do I get from Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur to Sunway Medical Centre Velocity?
Guests may arrange transportation between the hotel and the medical centre at their own convenience and expense. Should you require any assistance, our reception team would be pleased to assist.

Terms & Conditions

Purchase & Validity

  • Buy Now, Screen Later. Packages must be purchased prior to screening.
  • Packages purchased are redeemable within three (3) months from the date of purchase.
  • All purchases are non-refundable, and package upgrades are not permitted.

Appointment & Redemption

  • All packages require an appointment to be scheduled after purchase.
  • Appointments and hotel stays must be confirmed at least two (2) weeks prior to the flight date.
  • The Health Screening Centre operates Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. All screening appointments will be automatically scheduled for 8:00 am
  • All packages are non-transferable and may only be redeemed once during the travel period.

Additional Charges & Taxes

  • A 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) is applicable to non-Malaysian citizens, in accordance with Malaysian Government regulations for health screening packages and rehabilitation products. Additional surcharges may apply.
  • Any add-on tests beyond those included in the selected health screening package will incur additional charges. Separate charges will also apply for consultations or treatments requested with a specialist doctor.
  • A Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10 per room per night is applicable to all hotel room rates for non-Malaysian guests. This tax will be collected upon check-in at the hotel.
