  4. 进行体检 – 完成您的综合健康检查。

  5. 查看报告 – 获取您的详细健康报告及医疗复诊与咨询。

条款与细则

  • This promotion is valid for purchases made from 1 to 30 August 2026, inclusive.

  • The promotional price is RM1,600 for two Merdeka Health Screening Packages of the same type and value.

  • Both packages must be redeemed on or before 31 October 2026. Any unredeemed package will expire after this date.

  • A separate advance appointment is required for each package and is subject to appointment availability.

  • This promotion is applicable to self-paying patients only.

  • Each package may only be used by an adult aged 18 years and above.

  • Each package may only be redeemed once and is subject to the stated inclusions, exclusions, eligibility requirements and medical suitability.

  • The packages are non-transferable once registered or redeemed under a patient’s name.

  • The packages cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, another package, product or service.

  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, voucher, discount, promo code or bank promotion.

  • Maybank and CIMB promotional discounts are not applicable to this package.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

  • A 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) applies to healthcare services provided to non-Malaysian citizens. Any other applicable tax, duty or government-imposed charge under prevailing Malaysian laws and regulations will also be charged accordingly.

  • The package includes only the screening items expressly listed.

  • Any ad hoc or additional screening, consultation, investigation, treatment, medication or service requested by the patient or recommended by the healthcare provider is not included and will be charged separately.

  • Any further consultation, investigation or treatment arising from the screening results is not included and will be charged separately.

  • Where applicable, any additional services will only be provided with the patient’s consent and will be charged separately.

  • Sunway Medical Centre Velocity reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion or revise these terms and conditions, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
